We don't speculate about your operation; we read the public record, read your facility against it, and propose the fix in the order it needs to happen.

Whether the engagement runs three weeks, three months, or three years, the discipline is the same: anchor every recommendation to the regulator's actual playbook, scope to what your team can absorb without breaking the rest of the operation, and design every deliverable to leave your team capable of running the work without us in the room.

A senior read of your California cannabis operation. Structured discovery across operations and environmental, a written 8–15 page readout, and an honest recommendation for what — if anything — to do next. $5,000 credits toward whatever follows within 30 days.

Worth knowing

Most operators arrive through the Diagnostic and scope what follows from the readout. The other two doors exist because operators who already know what they need shouldn't have to pay for discovery they don't want. Either way, the recommendation we make is the one we'd make if we weren't selling — including "you don't need us" when that's the right answer.

How they connect

Engagements stack — and the fees credit forward.

The Diagnostic includes a $5,000 credit toward any Project Engagement, any Compliance Officer Retainer (3-month minimum), or the Daily or Full Operational Office Retainer (3-month minimum). Operators who want to start with a Project don't lose the option to add a Retainer afterward; operators who want to start on Retainer can pull in a Project mid-engagement. Bundled retainers — both ladders together — take 12% off the combined monthly rate, on top of any Diagnostic credit still applying to the first three months.
